General

Sharjah National Oil Corporation (Contractor) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI’s)
from qualified suppliers to provide Seamless Carbon, Steel Pipes and Fittings for the
Moveyeid Gas Storage Surface Facility Project. The selected supplier will be
required generally to supply, design/fabricate and test the
equipment/instruments/materials in compliance with Moveyeid Gas Storage Surface
Facility Project – SHARJAH requirements.

The purpose of this EOI is to develop a list of suppliers that are interested in providing
the equipment/instruments/materials or services required by the Project in order to
begin the prequalification process. Once EOI responses are received from suppliers
interested in performing the work described below, they will be evaluated by Sharjah
National Oil Corporation (Contractor) review team. Based on the evaluation of the data
requested in this EOI, a recommendation will be made to move forward with the
prequalification process.

Suppliers shall be initially responsible for any expenses incurred in responding to this
EOI, the terms of which are subject to change or cancellation by Sharjah National Oil
Corporation at any time. Notwithstanding the nature or content of responses received,
Sharjah National Oil Corporation is not under any obligation to add a supplier to a
Bidders List, to proceed with an invitation to tender (ITT) or to award a contract to any
supplier with respect to the services described in this EOI.

Project Overview

The project comprises of new high pressure compressor facility, a high pressure pipeline and
Flow lines to 4 existing wells in Moveyeid Field. The value of the scope of work is circa $40
Million. Additional project scope also includes drilling horizontal legs in existing wells and
Potentially drilling new wells in 2023.

It will be operated in a fully automated mode with world-class technical and safety standards.
The projected infrastructure will be designed to allow future expansion.

The mentioned project will be a major new business development activity for SNOC. It will
Allow us to store excess gas in the winter to satisfy the summer peak demand as well as
Provide a readily available strategic reserve for energy security allowing us to respond to
Unexpected operational or market issues.

Infrastructure.
All Instruments/equipment/materials shall be certified to the Emirates Authority for
Standardization and Metrology and the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure.
