Enquiry for the supply of OCTG CASING TUBING

Dear Sirs / Madam,                                                                         BUYING ENQUIRY

Please note subject is purchasing enquiry ( 5 Years Contract ) and we kindly request you to submit your quotation for the Supply of Pipes as per the below specification and would appreciate receiving your offer

on or before 5^th Mar  2022.

Moreover please reply to below listed Points ( Point 1 to 16) along with compliance and relevant documents.

Notes:

1). The price should be valid for 180 days.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM

 Prices shall remain fixed for the first Six months from the commencement date of the

contract. From Six months onwards, prices will be reviewed as per the price adjustment

mechanism every Six months.

Periodic review shall be conducted every six months in order to cater any change in the price

up or down within ±10% for the unit rate in each line item during the contract period. Agreed

price shall be applied in accordance to the agreed price adjustment formula and used

index/indices.

( Formula to be agreed upon signage of contract )

 If the variation of the rates post apllying the price adjustment within ±4%. there will be no

change on the previously agreed rate..

2). Please comply below mentioned delivery schedule:

The supplier shall maintain safety stock representing tour months consumption in a local yard in OMAN.
The delivery of the first quantity of GOODS and material, including the Safety Stock, as stipulated in the first BLANKET RELEASE /call out, shall be within five (5) months from Contract award.
Subsequent Call-Outs/8lanket Releases shall be delivered from local yard to Daleel sitee warehouse or well site within 5 days from acknowled gment of Call-out / Blanket Release.
The SUPPLIER shall be responsible to replenish the Safety Stock in cases where some of the stock was consumed as instructed by the DALEEL.
The SUPPLIER shall endeavor to replace the Safety Stock regulary with new stock to avoid possible damage that may be caused by long storage durations.

3). Please advise if the shipment will be in Containers and kindly advise what will be approximate total quantity of containers.
4). Provide warranty for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery to DALEEL Field or twelve (12) months from the date of successful installation and testing at the WORKSITE, whichever is earlier,
5). Submit endorsement and support letter from the principle ( Mill ) if vendor representing original manufacturer.
6). Bidder to submit the necessary proof documents showing that proposed casings must comply with API specifications or equivalent.
7). Bidder to submit the necessary proof documents showing that proposed casing thread must comply with API standard 5B or equivalent.
8). Bidder to submit mill’s track record in supplying similar casings to other buyers.
9). Back‐up letter from the mill which will certify the origin of the OCTG.
10). Bidder to submit track record in supplying OCTG to other buyers for last three years; Experience of Tubular Management.
11). Submission of manufacturer’s QA/QC system, API and ISO certification.
12). The BIDDER must provide mobilization Gantt Charts to reflect the proposed initial mobilization plan to arrive at Work Site from the date of award. The BIDDER must state the point of origin of the proposed resource required for the CONTRACT.
13). Proposed casings must comply with API specifications or equivalent.
14). Proposed casing thread must comply with API standard 5B or equivalent
15). Provide at least two (2) CV’s of key personnel having at least 3 years relevant experience.
16). Please sign and stamp the attached Scope of work.
