11.1 Genel
11.1.1 Products manufactured in accordance with this specification shall be marked by the manufacturer in accordance with this specification.
11.1.2 For all manufacturers except threaders, the marking rules in Chapter 11 except 11.6 uygulamak, and for threaders the marking rules in 11.5 ve 11.6 and Table C.68 or Table E.68 apply Be applicable. 11.1.6 Additional notations for other compatible standards shall be listed after “ISO 11960”.
11.1.7 When re-marking the pipe with the original mark if necessary, the factory that re-marks the pipe shall be responsible for the correctness and traceability of the transfer mark. The transfer label shall have the words “transferred by —“, ile “—” representing the name of the factory that relabeled the tube.
11.1.8 The date of manufacture at the manufacturer is identified by any of the following methods:

11.1.10 Other additional markings are permitted if desired by the manufacturer or required by the purchaser, but shall be marked after the markings specified in Table C.68 or E.68.
11.2 Printing Mark Requirements

11.2.6 Triangular mark indicating coupling tightening

11.3 Lacquer Marking Requirements

11.4 Color scale
11.4.1 Yöntemler

11.4.2 Products 1.8m (6ft) or longer
One or more of the following methods should be used:

11.4.5 Pup joints and accessories less than 1.8m (6ft) uzunluğunda

11.4.6 Steel grade color code

11.5 Thread and End Machining Marks —–Tüm Gruplar
11.5.1 API thread marking
The manufacturer shall paint the thread type on the casing to identify whether it is round, stepped, or straight. For thread mills, casing and tubing are required to have thread identification. The marking of threads shall be carried out in accordance with Table C.67 or Table E.67.
11.5.2 Unmachined and special end machining markings
Different markings are required for the following cases:

- c) Complete couplings and complete accessories with special end preparations not specified here, meeting all other requirements specified herein except for dimensions.
Marking shall be performed in accordance with Table C.68 or Table E.68.
11.6 Pipe Threading Factory Marking Requirements—–Tüm Gruplar

The use of the letters “API” to determine or certify that threads on tubing conform to API Spec 5B is not permitted.
12 Coating and Protection
12.1 Kaplama —– tüm gruplar
12.1.1 Protective coating during transport
Unless otherwise specified by the purchaser, pipes and couplings shall be coated on the outside to prevent korozyon of the casing during transportation. The coating should be smooth, dense and not easy to fall off. The coating should protect the pipe from rusting for three months. If not specified by the purchaser in the order, the outer surface of the coupling blank need not be coated (çıplak) other than a protective layer over the paint print.
If the tube does not require coating or requires special coating, it should be indicated on the order. For orders requiring special coating, it should be indicated whether the coating is the full length of the pipe or the inner coating at a certain distance from the end of the pipe. Not: When 13Cr pipes are stored in a humid environment, local pitting corrosion will occur, so effective protective measures should be taken during coating, shipping and storage.
12.1.2 Coatings for long-term storage
By agreement between the supplier and the buyer, in order to prevent corrosion, especially when the pipe needs to be stored in an offshore environment for a long time, the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe need to be protectively coated.
The following shall apply:
